The Bead Superstore is committed to bringing it's customers the highest quality beads whilst shopping at wholesale prices.

1) Do you have a Catalogue?

The short answer is, no. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee being able to re-stock a particular type, colour or size of bead. This would therefore be impossible to implement. Also, not having a catalogue helps us to keep overheads to a minimum, enabling us to sell high quality goods at fantastic prices.

2) There was a lovely bead on your website this morning, where is it now?

The most popular Czech Fire Polished Beads at Bead Superstore sell very quickly and we cannot guarantee being able to re-stock. All we can recommend is that if you see something you like, purchase it as soon as possible.

3) Do you accept Bank transfers?

We work on an automated system for speed and efficiency and unfortunately Bank transfers don't lend themselves well to this type of system. We do however accept PayPal which will transfer from your Bank account free of charge.

4) Do you have a store?

No, we are an internet only business.

5) Where are you?

The Bead Superstore is based in Australia. We have recently moved from the UK, so if you have arrived at our site from a link containing the word UK that is why.

6) Can I have a wholesale account or discounted prices for larger quantities?

The polite answer is yes, they are already listed next to the products. The Bead Superstore does not distinguish between individuals and companies making a purchase, we offer everyone fantastic prices and discounts.

7) How long does an order take to dispatch?

The Bead Superstore works hard in its aim to dispatch orders in 1 to 2 working day's. However, this should not be relied upon, as this can be much longer during busy periods. Our credit card processing company may also request a delay in dispatch, this is quite normal.

8) Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, the Bead Superstore ships to most countries. However, it is down to the customer to be responsible for their own countries import duties and requirements.

10) What is the hole size of your Czech Fire Polished Beads?

All of our Czech Fire Polished Beads have the standard size hole. We recommend using a wire no larger than 0.6mm.
